Key Findings

Polling conducted by Concord Public Opinion Partners of likely 2026 Primary voters in Georgia shows Keisha Lance Bottoms leading Michael Thurmond in the Democratic Primary for Governor by +30-points (42% Bottoms / 12% Thurmond).
Followed by Geoff Duncan with 8% and Jason Esteves with 6% support.
The poll found Bottoms leading with key subgroups, including a +32-point advantage with Black voters (49% Bottoms / 17% Thurmond) and by +14-points with White voters (31% Bottoms / 17% Duncan).
Bottoms holds a +36-point lead amongst women (Bottoms 46% / Thurmond 10%) and a +18-point advantage with men (34% Bottoms / 16% Thurmond).
If the Democratic primary for Governor were today, whom would you vote for?
Bottom's is widely known and viewed positively by nearly two-thirds of Georgia Democratic Primary voters: Bottom's enjoys a +52-point net favorability rating statewide (66% favorable / 14% unfavorable) a +57-point net favorability rating outside of ATL (68% favorable / 11% unfavorable) and a +27-point net favorability in ATL (54% favorable / 27% unfavorable).
Her closest opponents are still significantly less known, Michael Thurmond holds a +23-point net favorability rating (35% favorable / 12% unfavorable) and 53% of Democrats do not have an opinion of him while Geoff Duncan has a +13-point net favorability rating (31% favorable / 18% unfavorable) and 51% of Georgia Democrats do not have an opinion of him.

This survey was conducted between 03/31-04/10 with a sample size of 437 respondents. Data was collected by contacting likely Democratic Primary voters. This survey was conducted via live calls to cell phones and landlines and Text-to-Web surveys. The margin of error for this survey is +/- 4.68%. Data was weighted by the following: Race, Age, Gender, College Attainment, and Mode.
